Laakson Helmi-cottages are two single cottages in the same yard in the area of Himoslaakso. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course.
It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Cottages are suitable for business clients as well as families.
Both cottages can be rented for a bigger group or two families.
The cottage has two floors and 1 bedroom.
In the entrance floor is a spacious livingroom with TV and fireplace, kitchen, 1 bedroom ans bathroom.
Usptairs is loft for 4 people.
Shared sauna in separate building in front of the houses.
Both houses have preliminary marked sauna shifts, the list and key is available inside the cottages.
In the sauna building is a cozy sittingroom with fireplace, shower, toilet and a comfortable steamroom for 8 people.
The building also has a small porch overlooking the small Kuikanjärvi pond in front of it.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with doublebed.
Loft with 4 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, TV, cd-radio, fireplace, storage for fire wood, shower/toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for clothes.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
