Spacious and comfortable single house type villa in the area of HimosValley. From the windows and the terrace you can see the Western slopes as well as to the water range of the golf course. Walking distance from the services, golf aswell as skiing.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a 160 cm double bed in each room. Both rooms have also a tv.
Upstairs is a fairly low loft with 5 single beds and a tv. There is also one extra mattress.
The combined sitting and dining space in the villa is large and bright. The sitting room is connected to a well equipped kitchen.
There are 2 toilets. A bathroom with wc, washing machine and a sauna.
From the lobby there is an entry to a large terrace equipped with a table set for 6 people and a grill.
The villa’s yard is big enough for field games. There is a car shelter for one car as well as two parking spaces with a heating post for two cars.

Loft with 5 single beds and an extra mattress.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During high season the outdoor jacuzzi is added to all reservations automatically.
