Kelo Huvilla 1 is a single villa in peaceful area in West slope. Villa is surrounded by wonderful nature. Slopes and skiing tracks are close in the winter time and hiking routes in summer. Charming Kelo Huvillas were built in 2017 and they are suitable for family holidays as well as business trips.
The villa has 2 floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV and fireplace, kitchen + dining area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, sauna+shower, toilet.
On the loft upstairs there is 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and an open space with 4 sigle beds.
Kelo Huvilla 1 has a beautiful terrace with outdoor jacuzzi and a private outdoor fire place. These amenities provide you an unforgettable experience in Himos.

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, TV, DVD, cd-player, wi-fi, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower + toilet, washing machine with dryer, air-source heat pump, outdoor jacuzzi.
Good to know:
Due to location of the cottage there can be problems with TV connection.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
There is a steep driveway to this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with reservation.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
