Villa Hehku is a unique stand-alone villa near Himos Areena and Himos Hotel.
The villa was built in 2020.
The villa is especially suitable for business guests and groups.
The villa has 2 floors and there is spacious living room with Smart-TV and large sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and kitchen table seats 16 people.
Downstairs is also 5 bedrooms, sauna and a sitting room.
From the sitting room a direct access to the back terrace, where is a large outdoor jacuzzi and a seating area.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, sleeping alcove with TV and sofa, and a toilet.
From the kitchen is access to big terrace with dining table for 14 people.
There is also a unique private putting field next to the terrace.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs is 5 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. Upstairs is also sleeping alcove with 2 single beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 350 €/reservation if booked in advance.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, blender, dishwasher, icecube machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.
Another refrigerator in the sitting room.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, washing machine, tumble dryer, airing cupboard for skiing clothes. iron and ironing board, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna,
toilet x 3, fireplace, TV x 2, soundbar soundsystem, PS4, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
There is also 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs and 2 potties in the villa. Bring your own blankets and sheets for the baby cot.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.
We recommend reserving linen and towels ready made to beds, price 20 € / person.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
