Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has two floors and three bedrooms.
In the entrance floor kitchen, living room, bedroom sauna, fireplace, toilet, terrace, outdoor jacuzzi.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms and toilet.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. There is also a small sleeping alcove with two mattresses.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
