Villa Kallio is a unique stand-alone villa near Himos Areena and Himos Hotel.
The villa was built in the summer of 2015.
The villa is especially suitable for business guests.
In the entrance floor there is living room with a large TV and a 10 meter long sofa, and kitchen with kitchentable.
There are also 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in the entrance floor.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, sauna and a sitting room.
From the utility room a direct access to the back terrace, where is a large outdoor jacuzzi.
Loft with 6 single beds.
Together with the large terrace the entire space of the house is 350 m².
Access to the 100 m² terrace is from the entrance floor. On the terrace is a large table with chairs and a sofa lounge corner.
There is also a unique private putting field in the villa’s yard.
Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms in the entrance floor, each with 2 single beds.
Downstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Loft with 6 single beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 250 €/reservation if booked in advance.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, blender, dishwasher, icecube machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, internet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes. iron and ironing board, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna,
toilet x 3, shower x 2, fireplace, TV x 2, Playstation 5, soundbar soundsystem, internet, woodheated bbq-shelter,
hairdryer.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.
We recommend reserving linen and towels ready made to beds, price 20 € / person.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
