Himos Villa United is a unique ski-in-ski-out villa near West-Himos slopes. The villa was built in 2021 and it offers beautiful views to ski slopes and lake Patalahti..
The villa is especially suitable for business guests and groups.
The villa has 3 floors and 7 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is meeting room with television and small kitchen, 2 bedrooms and toilet.
On the second floor there is kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and sauna. From sauna there is a direct access to the terrace, where is a large outdoor jacuzzi and a seating area.
On the third floor is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedrooms:
On the firrst floor is 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
On the second floor is 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, wine cabinet, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, Airfryer, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, washing machine, 2 x airing cupboard for skiing clothes. iron and ironing board, hair dryer, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, 3 x bathoom, separate toilet, fireplace, storage for fire wood, 2 x air-source heat pump, TV x 2, home theater soundsystem, PlayStation, wi-fi, baby cot, high chair, gas grill, charging station for electric cars (guest must bring their own charging cable).
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
