Himoksen Taika 1 is a semidetached villa in the Golf Resort area, close to beautiful Himos Patalahti golf course.
This villa was built 2017.
The accommodation is suitable for small business groups as well as families.
The villa has two floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, bedroom, sauna+shower, toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and another toilet.
Himoksen Taika 1 & 2 can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.

Downstairs 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
Usptairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, TV, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, gas grill.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
There is no fireplace in this villa.
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
