Päijänteen Helmi 3 is a magnificient semi-detached lakeside villa in the area of Kivistönranta in Central-Himos.
The villa has spacious living quarters and features a private meeting room for casual business events.
The villa is part of a 3-unit rowhouse.
Astonishing lakeview opens up from the living room in the entrance floor, where you can also enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace.
The living room connected to the same space with dining area for 8 people and well equipped kitchen.
There is also a door to the terrace which opens up towards the lake. There is one bedroom and one toilet in the entrance floor.
Downstairs has two bedrooms and a sitting room, as well as large saunaroom.
There is an outdoor jacuzzi in the back terrace in the lakeside of the villa which you can access from the sauna lounge.
This villa has also its own swimming beach and a pier making it an ultimate lakeside vacation destination.
The private meeting room downstairs has seats for 12 people. The space is equipped with a beamer, white screen and a flipboard.
The space can be rented for a fee of 90 € / stay.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
