Villa Ateljee is a unique stand-alone villa about 2 kilometers from Himos and its services.
The villa is especially suitable for business guests and groups.
The villa has 2 floors. In the entrance floor is spacious living room with sofas and table for 15 people to have meetings. There is also 2 screens and a 85″ television.
There is also a kitchen, separate dining room for 12 people, 7 bedrooms, sauna and bathroom.
Downstairs is 2 lounges, one with pool-table and one with sofas and screen for movies. Downstairs is also one bedrooms and bathroom.
Accommodation price in this villa includes 4 gym membership cards to Ole.fit-gym in Willi Länsi entertainment center.

There is 8 bedrooms in this villa. In the entrance floor 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds, and 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds,

Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € and set of sheets and towel ready made to bed 20 € /person will be charged with each reservation.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
