Himoscastle is a single villa in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
Himoscastle is built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start from the corner of the house.
This villa is decorated in a modern manner, large windows give a view to the lake Patalahti.
Interior is bright and the villa is well suited for business clients as well as families.
The villa has 3 floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and spacious living room, and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms have bubble-bath and access to terrace.
Loft with 5 single beds.
Sauna and sitting room are located downstairs, as well as 1 bedroom.

In the entrance floor is 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Downstairs 1 bedroom with 3 single bed.
Loft with 5 single beds. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, 2* fireplace, cleaning utensils, TV, DVD, Bluetooth-speaker, sound bar, electric heating, fireplace, sauna + shower + toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, gas grill, air source heat pump (only in summertime).
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € and set of sheets and towel 15 € / person will be charged with each reservation.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
