Kärkihimos A is a semi-detached cottage in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
Kärkihimos-cottages are built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start from the corner of the house.
These cottages are decorated in a simple but modern manner, large windows give a view to the lake Patalahti.
Interior is bright and cottages are well suited for families.
The cottage has three floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen + living room with dining table for 8 people, TV and a fireplace. There is also two bedrooms and terrace.
Downstairs one bedroom, sauna + shower and utility room.
Upstairs is open loft.
Bedrooms:
The entrance floor 2 bedroom both with 2 single beds.
Loft with 2 single beds and 2 mattress.
Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, DVD-player, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, iron, ironing board, outdoor jacuzzi.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
