Lumikki 1 is a single standing cottage in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos)
Lumikki-cottages are built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start from the corner of the house.
These cottages are decorated in a simple but modern manner, large windows give a view to the lake Patalahti.
Interior is bright and cottages are well suited for families.
The cottage has 2 floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen + living room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, sauna and alcove/dressing room with 120 cm wide bed. From the alcove/dressing room has access to the sauna area.
Loft with 4 single beds. There is also toilet and TV in the loft. Baby safety gates at both ends of the stairs.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and alcove/dressing room with 120 cm wide bed.

Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, electric heating, fireplace, sauna + shower + 3 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, baby safety gates, air-source heat pump, outdoor jacuzzi.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with reservation.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
