A semi-detached villa is a high standard apartment in the Golf Resort area, close to Himos Patalahti golf course. The villa was built in 2016.
Villas are suitable for small families.
The villa has two floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, fireplace, sauna+shower, toilet.
Upstairs two bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. There is also a second toilet upstairs.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, radio, fireplace, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes

Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
