Himosvilla 2B is a semidetached villa in the area of Golf Resort, close to Himos Patalahti golf course. Villa was ready in March 2015.
It is a short walk by the pavement to the Himos Areena, restaurants and the market.
This bright high standard villa is excellent for a casual meeting, two parts of the house can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.
The villa has two bedrooms and a sleeping alcove.
In the entrance floor ia a spacious livingroom, kitchen, fireplace, bathroom and TV. The large windows are viewing the ravishing Western slopes.
Upstairs is 1 bedroom, sleeping alcove and toilet.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs one bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs one bedroom with 2 single beds and a doublebed. Upstairs sleeping alcove with 140 cm wide doublebed.
There is sofabed for 2 poeple in the living room.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dinner set and standard kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, washing machine, 2 x TV, DVD-player, fireplace, storage for firewood, electric heating,
sauna + shower +2 x toilet, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30, plug for car heating.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Villa is combinable with the neighbouring apartmen, if both parts are reserved for the same company.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
