Villa Koto is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort area. Golf course is right next to the villa and Himos Areena and restaurant services are a within a walking distance.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has two floors and 4 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is livingroom, kitchen, one bedroom, sauna and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is three bedrooms and a loft with small lounge area.

1 bedrooms in entrance floor, with a double bed.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one with double bed. There is 2 extra folding beds in the loft.

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric whisk, blender, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, Xbox, Internet, Bluetooth-speaker, sauna + bathroom, 2 x toilet, washing machine, iron and ironiing board, hair dryer, potty,
air-source heat pump, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
There is no fireplace in this villa.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accommodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
