Lehti is a semidetached villa in the area of Golf Resort, close to Himos Patalahti golf course. Villas were ready in 2021.
It is a short walk by the pavement to the Himos Areena, restaurants and the market.
This bright high standard villa is excellent for a casual meeting, two parts of the house (Latva and Lehti) can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.
The villa has three bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is livingroom, kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a toilet.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dinner set and standard kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, electric heating, air-source heat pump, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30, plug for car heating, putdoor jacuzzi, storage for skiing equipment.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Villa is combinable with the neighbouring apartment (Latva), if both parts are reserved for the same company.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
