Villa Luxus Helmi 2 is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort-area and it was ready in summer 2024.
In the entrance floor there is lounge, 3 bedrooms, sauna and bathroom. There is also access to terrace with outdoor jacuzzi on it.
On the second floor there is kitchen and dining area for 18 people, living room, one bedroom and a toilet.
There is also a big balcony facing the golf course and you can enter it easily from the dining area. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV with audio systems.
Upstairs is four bedrooms, toilet and balcony.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166€/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

In the entrance floor is 3 bedroom, 2 with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds.
On the second floor is one bedroom with 3 single beds.
Upstairs is 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds.
There is also sofabeds for 3 people.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, electric cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dining set.
There is also a refrigerator-freezer on the entrance floor lounge.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TV, wifi, 2 x Bluetooth-speaker, gas grill.
Good to know:
There is no fireplace in this villa.
There is a construction site close to the cottage.
Accommodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
