GoMalmi is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort area. Here you can enjoy beautiful scenery to ski slopes and the golf course in summer time. Himos Areena and restaurant services are a within a walking distance.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has three floors and 4 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, two bedrooms, fireplace, sauna+shower+toilet.
Upstairs is one bedroom and a loft with four single beds, sofa and TV.
Downstairs is one bedroom with doublebed and a toilet.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and a loft.
2 bedrooms in entrance floor, both with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and loft with 4 single beds. There is two extra mattresses in the loft.
Downstairs 1 bedroom with doublebed.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.
There is also small refrigerator and freezer downstairs.

Blankets and pillows, TV, Internet, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing slothes,
air-source heat pump, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30, charging station for electric cars.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Charging station for electric cars
There is a charging station for electric cars in the villa. Charging fee is 20 €/day and it is charged according to the duration of the booking.
Good to know:
Cats are not allowed in this villa.
There is a construction site close to the cottage.
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
