Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, fireplace, toilet, sauna+shower and two bedrooms.
Upstairs separate sleeping area and a comfortable sitting area.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms, one with doublebed, and one with 2 single beds.
Upstairs in the loft is separate sleeping area with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils,
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, electric heating, fireplace, sauna+shower, toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, small gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
