Villa Presidentti is a single executive standard villa in the area of HimosYkkönen, building year 2007. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has three floors and five bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen and dining area, fireplace, sauna and two bedrooms.
Upstairs small sitting lounge with TV, bathroom and three bedrooms. All bedrooms have two single beds and air conditioning.
Downstairs utility room and a billiard room.

Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, DVD, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, air-conditioning in 3 bedrooms, sauna + 3 x shower + 3 x toilet, washing machine + iron,
airing cupboard for skiing clothes, gas grill.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
