Villa Vanilja is a single villa in the HimosYkkönen area. It was built in 2024.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families. It is close to all the services in the area.
Stylish villa has 2 floors and all together 4 bedrooms.
On the entrance floor a livingroom with fantastic scenery to ski slopes, kitchen, 1 bedroom, sauna, bathroom and toilet.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
Outside is big terrace with beautiful views to ski slopes.

Downstairs is1 bedroom with 2 single bed
Upstairs 3 bedrooms all with 2 single beds.
There are also 3 folding beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, Bluetooth-speaker, wi-fi, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air-source heat pump (only in use during summertime), electric grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
The fireplace in the villa is not in use.
Pets and hot tubs are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with reservation.
Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
