A single villa in the Golf Resort area, close to Himos Patalahti golf course. Villas were ready in 2012.
Himos Areena and restaurant services are within a walking distance.
Villas are suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has two floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, bedroom, fireplace, sauna+shower, toilet.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, toilet and loft.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, washing machine, iron and ironing board, high chair, hair dryer, TV, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, gas grill, air source heat pump (only for cooling).
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
There is a steep threshold when driving to the parking area from the street.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
There is a construction site close to the cottage.
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
