Hill Villa is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort-area. It was built in 2023 and it offers high quality accommodation to both families and companies.
The villa is situated in a hill and has beautiful scenery to the Golf Resort area.
In the entrance floor there is kitchen and dining area, living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery from both living room and dining area.
There is also a big balcony and you can enter it easily from the dining area. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV.
Downstairs is two bedrooms, separate toilet and a sauna with bathroom. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery also from sauna.
There is also a lounge with pool table, sofa and TV.
From downstairs is access to big terrace, with outdoor jacuzzi on it.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
You can book the outdoor jacuzzi for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.

2 x refrigerator-freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining set.

Blankets and pillows, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, 2 x TV, wi-fi, karaoke machine + 2 microphones (needs own PC), pool table, sauna, separate toilet and bathroom in
entrance floor, toilet downstairs, gas grill, fireplace, storage for fire wood, air-source heat pump, charging station for electric cars (guest must have their own charging cable).
Good to know:
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with reservation.
