Himoksen Keisari is a single villa in the Golf Resort area, right next to Himos Patalahti golf course. It was built in 2018.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
Stylish villa has 2 floors and all together 4 bedrooms.
On the entrance floor a livingroom with fantastic scenery over golf course, kitchen, 1 bedroom, sauna+shower and toilet.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and toilet with shower.
Big terrace with outdoor jacuzzi makes Himoksen Keisari a unique villa. There is an oudoor fireplace on the terrace, for warm get-together and outdoor cooking. This is truely special experience for your holiday.
Please notice that there are long and steep stairs to the cottage’s entrance.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single bed
Upstairs 3 bedrooms all with 2 single beds.
There are also 2 folding beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vine cabinet, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning washing machine, iron, TV, internet, radio/cd-player, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes,
fireplace and gas grill, the villa is electronically heated.
Good to know:
There are long and steep stairs to the cottage’s entrance.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with reservation.
Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
