located between Himos Areena and Western slopes.

Himos Hotel, Himos Areena and the Western slopes are within a short walk in the winter.
The large terrace gives a great view to the slopes and in the summer time it is a fabulous place to sunbathe.

The villa is suitable for business clients as well as families looking for high standard accommodation.

The downstairs living room is enlightened by natural sunlight from the large windows.
Threre are 2 bedrooms and a roomy sleeping loft with a comfortable sitting area.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms. There is 140cm double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the other room.
Loft with 5 single beds.

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, fireplace, sauna, shower, toilet, washing machine, iron + ironing board, airing cupboard for clothes, internet.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with reservation.

Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
