Himoskunkku is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course.
It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
In the entrance floor there is living room, kitchen, balcony and 2 bedrooms.
Downstairs is another living room, 2 bedrooms and a sauna.
There is also a loft with mattresses for 2 people.
The villa has 2 big terraces with a gas grill.
Cottage is suitable for business clients as well as families.

Entrance floor: 2 bedroooms (double bed / 2 single beds)
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (four single beds / 120 cm wide bed)
Loft: 2 mattresses
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric whisk, fridge, freezer, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, washing machine, 2 toilets, 2 airing cupboards, 2 digital TVs, wi-fi, logs for the fire place in the storage, air-source heat pump, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill, covered barbecue and a car-port for two cars, including socket for the heater cable.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 175 € will be charged with reservation.
Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
