A beautiful single villa in the developing new Himos-Lehtelä area. Here you can enjoy the peaceful country side area close to lake Patalahti.

Villas are suitable for couples and small families.

The villa has two floors and 1 bedroom.
In the entrance floor is a livingroom with TV and fireplace, kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom with sauna and toilet.
Upstairs is open loft.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Sofabed downstairs in the living room
Upstairs is loft with 2 mattresses.

Kitchen equipment:

Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, Wi-Fi, electric heating, fireplace, storage for firewood, air-source heat pump, airing cupboard fos skiing clothes, outside electrical outlet for car heating, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
