The location offers the best of ski resort living — just a few steps from the front door to the slopes and the reception. The functional layout allows up to ten guests to stay comfortably. Himos Areena is approximately 500 meters away.

The ground floor features a combined living room and kitchen with a large dining table and sofa set for spending time together. This level also includes the bathroom, toilet, and sauna.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two beds, as well as a second toilet.
The third floor is a spacious loft (approx. 160 cm in height) with four beds.
In total, the apartment accommodates up to 10 guests.

The location offers excellent conditions for an active holiday: the slopes, ski tracks, services, and event venues are all within walking distance. The terraces and balconies provide beautiful views toward the West Slopes, creating a cozy Himos atmosphere year-round.
