Koivula is a semi-detached cottage close to Himos Areena. In the winter West-slopes are near and summer time a short way to Lake Patalahti. It is a walking distance to Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Koivula 15 &16 are suitable for business clients as well as families.
Two parts of the house can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.
The cottage has 2 floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor living room+kitchen, sauna+shower, toilet and 1 bedroom.
Upstairs 1 bedroom and open loft.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 1 bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and open loft with 4 single beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190€/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, TV, electric heating, fireplace, wood storage for shared use, sauna + shower + toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
Good to know:
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
