Koivula is a semi-detached cottage close to Himos Areena. In the winter West-slopes are near and summer time a short way to Lake Patalahti.
It is a walking distance to Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Cottages are suitable for business clients as well as families.
The cottage has two floors and 1 bedroom.
In the entrance floor is living room+kitchen, one bedroom, sauna, bathroom and separate toilet.
Usptairs is open loft with steep stairs.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds.
Loft with 4 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, TV, electric heating, fireplace, sauna + shower + toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, electric outlet for car heating.
There is a shared storage for fire wood for Koivula-cottages.
Good to know:
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
