Latva is a semidetached villa in the area of Golf Resort, close to Himos Patalahti golf course. Villas were ready in 2021.
It is a short walk by the pavement to the Himos Areena, restaurants and the market.
This bright high standard villa is excellent for a casual meeting, two parts of the house (Latva and Lehti) can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.
The villa has three bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is livingroom, kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a toilet.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dinner set and standard kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, electric heating, air-source heat pump, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30, plug for car heating, outdoor jacuzzi, storage for skiing equipment.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Villa is combinable with the neighbouring apartment (Lehti), if both parts are reserved for the same company.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
