Leedi is a single villa in the Länsihuippu area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has 2 floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV and fireplace, kitchen + dining area, 2 bedrooms, sauna+shower, toilet.
Loft with 4 beds, 2 sofabeds for sleeping and TV.
Bedrooms:
In the entrance floor is 2 bedrooms (double beds in each).
Loft with 4 beds and sofabed for 2 people.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, 2 x TV, DVD, radio/cd-player, wi-fi, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, air-source heat pump, sauna + shower, separate toilet, baby cot and high chair, baby safety gate at the top of the stairs, airing cupboard for skiing clothes.
Gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with reservation.
Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
