Polaris is a semi-detached cottage in the area of Himoslaakso. It was ready in 2007.
In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
The cottage has two floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is living room, kitchen and dining space and 2 bedrooms. There is also sauna, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs is open loft.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 2 bedrooms, both with doublebeds.
Loft with 2 single beds and a mattress for 2 people.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, oven, dish washer, microwave-oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, electric mixer, basic dinner set and kitchen utensils,
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, 4 x TV, wi-fi, sauna + 2 showers + toilet, toilet, washing machine, fireplace, storage for fire wood, air-source heat pump, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, electric grill.
Good to know:
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
