RockHimo’s is a single villa in the area of North-West Himos. Villa was ready in February 2014.
In the winter North-slopes are close and summer time you can enjoy the beautiful scenery to lake Patalahti. Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has three floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a spacious livingroom, kitchen, fireplace, toilet and two bedrooms.
Downstairs one bedroom, toilet, sauna, shower and sitting area with fireplace.
Loft with 6 beds.
Bedrooms:
Entrance floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with doublebed and 1 with 2 single beds.
Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Loft with 6 single beds.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, wine cabinet, electric cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, music player with USB-connection, wireless Internet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, vacuum cleaner,
iron + ironing board, hair dryer, 2 x fireplace, storage for fire wood, 2 x toilet, gas grill.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
