Villa Birdie is a single villa in the Golf Resort area, close to Himos Patalahti golf course. It was ready in February 2015.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has two floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, two bedrooms, sauna+shower and a toilet.
Upstairs is one bedroom and a loft with two beds and two mattresses. There is also toilet and shower.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Loft with 2 single beds.
There are two extra footstool-cubicles (downstairs/upstairs) which can be opened up as extra mattresses.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, internet, radio/cd-player, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes,
gas grill.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
There is no fireplace in the villa, the house is electronically heated.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
