Black is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has two floors and 2 bedrooms (double bed and two single beds).
In the entrance floor a spacious livingroom with TV, kitchen and dining room, fireplace, two bedrooms, toilet, sauna+shower.
Loft with 4 single beds.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 2 bedrooms. There is doublebed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the other room.

Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, TV, electric heating, fireplace, wi-fi, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower + toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, charging station for electric cars (guest must bring their own charging cable).
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with reservation.
Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
