Villa Himos is a single villa in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
North-Himos slopes are close by and cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start from the corner of the house.
This beautiful villa is decorated in a modern manner, large windows give a view to the lake Patalahti.
Villa is well suited for business clients as well as families.
The villa has 3 floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and living room with big windows facing the spacious back yard. There is also 3 bedrooms and toilet.
Upstairs is open loft with 5 single beds.
Sauna and sitting room with fireplace are located downstairs, with access to outdoor jacuzzi in the back yard.
Downstairs is also utility room and a lounge with TV and karaoke equipment.

3 bedrooms in the entrance floor, each with double bed.
Loft with 5 single beds. There is also sofa bed for one person in the sitting room downstairs.
Kitchen equipment:
Refridgerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, 2 x TV, wi-fi, karaoke equipment, PlayStation 4 +3 controllers, gas grill, fireplace, storage for fire wood, air-source heat pump, sauna, charging station for electric cars.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190€/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this cottage.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 175 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
