Villa Ihku is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort-area and has beautiful scenery to the golf course. It was built in 2024 and it offers high quality accommodation to both families and companies.
In the entrance floor there is kitchen and dining area, living room, four bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery to the golf course from both living room and dining area.
There is also a big balcony facing the golf course and you can enter it easily from the dining area. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV.
Downstairs is lounge area with big television and sofa. There is also 4 bedrooms, separate toilet and a sauna with bathroom. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery also from sauna.
From downstairs is access to big 60 m² terrace, with outdoor jacuzzi on it. During summertime there is also a cold plunge.

In the entrance floor 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds.
Downstairs is 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.

There is a charging station for electric cars in the villa. Charging fee is 25 €/day and it is charged according to the duration of the booking.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
You can book the outdoor jacuzzi for use during your stay. The renting price is 250 €/reservation if booked in advance.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Cold plunge
During summer time (1.5.-30.9.) there is a cold plunge in the terrace. The renting price is 100 €/reservation time.
Good to know:
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning.
Obligatory final cleaning 210 € and set of sheets and towel ready made to bed 20 € /person will be charged with each reservation.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
There is no fireplace in this villa.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
