Villa Koskelo B is a semidetached villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter Western-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
The apartment is located right next to Himos-Patalahti golf course in a green scenery
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

In the entrance floor is a spacious livingroom with TV, kitchen, fireplace, toilet.
On the second floor is 1 bedroom, sauna and bathroom and access to terrace with outdoor jacuzzi.
On the third floor is 2 bedrooms and toilet.

On the second floor is 1 bedoom with double bed.
On the third floor is 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 150 cm high bunk bed.

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190€/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 88 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
