Villa Loiste is a single villa in the Länsihuippu area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.
Villa is suitable for families as well as business clients.
The villa has 2 floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and living room, sauna and 2 bedrooms. There is also sauna and a separate sitting room.
Upstairs is 1 bedroom, spacious loft and a toilet.
Downstairs is a separate space with utility room and a lounge with pool table. There is separate entrance to this space from outside.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with doublebed.
Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and open loft with 2 single beds. There is a sofabed for 2 people in the sitting room and 1 extra mattress in the loft.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, dishwasher, wine fridge, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, Wifi, 3 x TV, Chromecast, wireless bluetooth-speaker, radio, electric heating, 2 x air-source heat pump, 2 x fireplace,

Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 175 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
