Villa Peso is a semi-detached villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.
The villa has two floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with kitchen, fireplace, two bedrooms, toilet, sauna+shower.
Loft with 4 double beds and TV. There is baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms, each with doublebed.
Loft with 3 doublebeds and one12cm bed.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator/freezer box, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, Playstation 2, high chair, electric heating, fireplace, storage for firewoods, sauna, shower, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, baby safety gate, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Video surveillance covers the front door of this villa. Footage is only reviewed in the event of suspected criminal activity. By booking this villa, you accept the video surveillance.
Accommodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 116 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
