Villa Rustica is a single villa in the Länsihuippu area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.
It was ready in February 2010.
Villa is suitable for families as well as business clients and groups.
The villa has 2 floors and 4 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and living room, sauna and 2 bedrooms.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a loft.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 with doublebed and 1 with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. Loft with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set + basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, airing cupboard for clothes, TV, satellite antenna TriColor, DVD, internet connection (slow speed), fireplace, 1 bag of fire wood, sauna, shower + toilet, extra toilet, gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Hot tubs are not allowed during winter time.
Accommodation price includes 1 bag of firewood. More can be bought from Himos Center reception.
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
