Villa Vallaton is a semidetached villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. Villas were ready in February 2008.
In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course.
It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.
Villas are suitable for business clients as well as families.
Two parts of the house can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.
The villa has three floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a spacious livingroom with fireplace, kitchen and toilet.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms.
Downstairs 1 bedroom, toilet, sauna and bathroom, and a small sitting area with TV. Access to terrace with outdoor jacuzzi.

Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 166 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 190 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 228 € / reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, TV, DVD-player, wi-fi, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood,gas grill can be used from May 1 to September 30, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, outdoor jacuzzi, air-source heat pump.
Good to know:
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.
