Vehkala is a store with a wide selection of jeans and denim-inspired clothing and accessories. You’ll also find shirts, hoodies, jackets, chinos, belts, bags, jewellery, scarves, skirts, leggings, shoes, caps, beanies, gloves, sunglasses and much more.

A brief history
Vehkala’s story began in 1938 on Mottilantie in Jämsä. From the very beginning, we’ve called the same distinctive wooden building home – built in 1920 and still where you’ll find us today. Originally, the building housed a café, a tailor’s shop and several apartments. Over the years, the spaces have been joined together to create the unique and characterful store you see today.
The shopkeeper is wanted!
Today, Vehkala is run by the third generation of the family. Our shopkeeper is officially wanted for:
* Selling outrageously good jeans
* Guilty of smooth customer service
* Committing unpredictable, hard-hitting deals
* Serious fraud: This jeans dealer has a lot more than denim in store!
