Sauna Village
Located in Juokslahti in Jämsä, on the shores of Päijänne, Sauna Village offers a journey into the centuries-old history of the Finnish sauna and an authentic sauna experience. Just over a five-minute drive from Himos and 12 km from the centre of Jämsä, Sauna Village is home to the world’s largest collection of traditional Finnish smoke saunas.
Sauna Yard
Himos Sauna Yard is perfect for larger groups – up to 150 people. The area features several saunas, hot tubs, fireplace lounges, terraces, and a barbecue shelter. There are four different saunas at the Sauna Yard: a smoke sauna, an electric sauna, a wood-heated sauna, and a barrel sauna. Between sauna sessions, you can take a dip in the lake, a hot tub, or a barrel bath all year round.
Sauna in Himos
At HimosLomat’s sauna facilities, you can relax and spend time together. The lakeside sauna and smoke sauna are also suitable for larger groups. Both offer year-round access to swimming in Patalahden Bay. The lakeside sauna’s fireplace lounge and outdoor hot tub complete the experience.

Lakeside Sauna
At the lakeside sauna of Uusi-Yijälä Farm, you can enjoy the soft heat of a real wood-fired sauna stove and relax in the hot tub on the terrace. The spacious sauna room accommodates over 10 people. Light refreshments can also be ordered to the sauna.

Barrel Sauna
Kievari Rantapirtti is located in the heart of Central Finland’s nature in Koskenpää. The area features the world’s first barrel sauna, as well as large and small smoke saunas and a traditional wood-heated sauna. On the terrace of the larger smoke sauna, you can relax in the hot tub and take a dip in Lake Salosvesi.
