Sauna Village is home to historic smoke saunas, with the oldest dating back to the 18th century. The newer smoke saunas represent the style of the 1940s. The oldest saunas tell their own story of the Finnish sauna tradition and regional sauna-building practices.
Visitors can also experience the sauna culture firsthand at Sauna Village. On summer Saturdays, it is possible to enjoy a sauna in smoke saunas from different parts of Finland, each with its own unique character and history.
