ATREAT is to treat your mind: give yourself a pause, a moment of no-need-to.
Come as you are. Do what you want.
And if you don’t want to do anything – don’t.
Sleep, wander around, eat – and repeat.
If you feel active, you can:
participate in looking after animals, take a guided art lesson, enjoy a bath or the sauna.
Everything is up to you – including the times when you want to be active.
During ATREAT you will stay in a barn room adapted from a traditional granary storeroom, and cook your own food in the self-catering kitchen.
